The employees were professional and thorough in checking the sounds my car has been making. They checked other things as well (which was good because they found more issues other than the sounds). I drive a 30 foot Jayco Class C RV. They got me in really fast for oil change and lube. Clean office with nice recharging station, K cup coffee and tea in waiting area. Nice and warm!

Service was great. I waited while my oil was changed and it didn't take too long. I was kept informed along the way, as a special filter was needed and had to come from Polson. Quick and reliable. I'll definitely come back

My son took a VW into Missoula for service on a muffler and.brakes. Appointments in all cases in a city of 70,000 we're out 2-3 weeks. He did have one estimate for $1,300.00 plus recommended work for an additional $600.00 for those repairs. A friend recommended K - O in Ronan 45 minutes N of Missoula on hwy 93. K - O said they had an opening the following morning at either 8,9 or 10 am. We took the car in two nights ago and got a call back at 9:00 sharp yesterday morning. I stopped in for a quick visit and authorized work that not only included brakes and muffler but also a brake flush, multiple light replacements, check engine light review, and the estimate still came in below the Missoula estimate. Parts were ordered and the work was done in 24 hours. The best is yet to come! The wonderful lady at the front desk called to say that after repairing the muffler, the check engine light went out and they didn't need to charge the for that diagnostic!!!!!!!!!! How many shops would have given you a credit on your bill for services not rendered. I would venture to say zero. This far and away was one of the most pleasant auto experiences that I have ever had (as a 65 year old man). Truly unbelievable. Took my son's vehicle VW in for some more repair around July 25 2023. As usual they were very professional, replaced the plug wires and spark plugs as well as checked out and repaired other issues. These folks are top notch, reasonably priced, and available to do the work on very short notice. Very very good service professionals. The VW dealer in Missoula was out a month. Ridiculous. You must try these people.

Very good shop I usually do my own work on my vehicles but when it’s a bit tougher than I can handle in my driveway or past my knowledge they get the job and always do a very professional and great job also one of the best techs around Justin.

I go nowhere else for engine repairs. The entire staff is top shelf.

I was on my way back to Bozeman and developed truck issues while passing through Ronan. The staff at K-O worked me in late on a Monday to diagnose the issues and provided me with a loaner vehicle so I could get a hotel in Polson. They provided me with updates along the way and provided stellar service from start to finish. Shops like this give me hope that good people are still around who provide honest and dependable work. Thank you guys for helping me in a bind - I really appreciate it!

I’ve been to a couple of auto repair shops in the valley. This one at the top of the list. Their customer service is top notch. The communication is the best I have seen in the industry. I know exactly what is wrong with my vehicle as soon as they do. The repairs are top quality. With KO I’m getting peace of mind knowing my family and I are going to be able to go where we need to go safely. A shop you can put trust into is a rare thing. I’m glad I found one.

"On the road again! It has been an emotional journey for the last year and a half trying to figure out what was wrong with my 95 Dodge van. I spent over $1500 on parts and labor with a local mechanic. I felt like I was throwing money at a dead horse. I love this van, and looked for a long time to find a good one. It has a 3.0 and gets great gas mileage. I knew I could get 100,000 miles more out of it. I was about to practically give it away because it wasn't running, when KO Auto talked me into not giving up, and have their diagnostics guy have a look. It was complicated, but he figured it out! It took 3 computer modules to find a good one, and some questionable wiring, but it runs great again, and I feel like I have my life back. I am thankful I have found a great shop to go to! I have always had "pride in the ride" and been around machinery all my life, so having seen lots of shops, trust is not a word I throw around. There is a lot to running a good shop and they have lots of experienced people for each section of repair and their own bays. They treated me with respect, listened to my concerns, and were fair with the price. Art even gave me a ride home one day,over 100 miles on his rig! He didn't have to, it is just a really great staff. The parts I love about the lay out is the shop is bright with lots of windows and you can see your rig being worked on. They have top notch equiptment to 'get the job done'. Going to a place where they tell you to sit in a cubical and they will come and get you when they are done never sat well with me. It is laid out with efficiency and experience which helps keep repair bills down for any car owner. The waiting room is a fun place, catch up on the reading or chat with people, or use the wi-fi . They even washed my other car with an oil change that they worked me in without an appointment. KO Auto has earned my trust and respect for a really really good shop!"

If you want an unbiased opinion please consider mine. I drove my 03 trailblazer from the twin cities of Minnesota my home, to Polson Montana to visit family. I noticed a leak from the rear differential casing and called around to shops in the surrounding areas. I was given the same time tables that I'd likely have to wait out about a week and a half before they could see my truck. Called KO and they said two days. They had better customer service than ANY and I swear by this, ANY automotive, hotel, or restaurant establishment. They didn't have the part but they got to work while waiting for it. They kept busy by cleaning the truck and keeping my in the loop with updates about where the part was, what would be needed and what those costs would be... those costs I completely believe were fair and within the week it was ready.

When returning to pay, they had my name along with about 5 other New Folks that had done business with them. They respect their work, their customers, and it shows. We recently returned from the vacation and we received a letter thanking us.

TL;DR These folks know what they are doing, they treat you like family, fair pricing.

Keep it up KO, if I lived there or within a 2 hour drive, I would never go to another mechanic again.

Wow, you don’t see this everyday. K O is wonderful, they were friendly, on time, and exactly on track with the estimate. The computerized safety check was an unexpected bonus. Very professional. I would highly recommend them to everyone. We will trust and use them from now on.
